Processing
Every order is made and packed with care, which takes us 3–4 business days. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking details.

Where we ship
We currently ship across India. Delivery times vary by location — generally 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–15 business days for other areas, depending on the courier and destination.

Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, write to us at FR@forbiddenreflections.com and we'll chase it down.

Packaging
Our mirrors are made of acrylic, so every piece is bubble-wrapped, corner-protected, and boxed to survive the journey.

Damaged deliveries
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product, and we'll sort it out.

Delays outside our control
We're not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
